Capability	What this carrier does
Forms of payment	Your agency's card, in `payment.card`. No other form of payment is accepted. Send no payment to create an unpaid hold.
3-D Secure	Not supported: omit `payment.authentication`.
Commercial cards	No exemption is claimed on your behalf.
Surcharges	Not shown before booking; any card surcharge is part of the airline's charge.

•Book the priced offer: POST /v1/orders accepts the offer_id returned by POST /v1/offers/price, not the one from search.
•Seats can be sold with the booking (POST /v1/orders) or added later (POST /v1/orders/{orderID}/seats).
•Extras are listed per offer and per order (GET /v1/orders/{orderID}/services); what is offered, and when, is the airline's choice.
•An order created without payment is an unpaid hold until expires_at; pay it with POST /v1/orders/{orderID}/commit.
•Use the passenger ids returned on the order in every later call.
•Olympic Air (OA) flights come back in the same search, as Aegean offers.
•Connections with a leg operated by any other airline are not offered.
•A round trip is offered as one outbound and one return joined in a single offer_id; once priced it books as one order.
