Build and scale the NDC aggregation engine in Go — a high-throughput API that normalises multi-airline NDC responses into a single canonical schema. You'll own service reliability, design REST APIs, and work at the intersection of distributed systems and airline distribution.

Work across the entire Norba stack — from the Next.js 16 booking UI with React 19, Tailwind CSS, and shadcn/ui to the Go backend that powers search, orders, and servicing. You're equally comfortable shipping polished frontend flows and designing REST endpoints.

Lead the technical onboarding of new airline NDC connections and maintain our existing integrations across IATA NDC 17.2, 18.1, and 2015 schemas. You understand the nuances of airline XML APIs, OAuth2 auth flows, and the certification process end-to-end.

Own the visual and interaction design of the Norba platform — from the consumer booking experience (search, seat maps, checkout) to the developer portal and confirmation emails. You'll collaborate daily with engineers and ship designs that are both beautiful and implementable.

Drive Norba's commercial growth by building relationships with travel agencies, OTAs, and airlines. You'll own the sales pipeline end-to-end — from outbound prospecting through technical demos to closed deals — and shape our go-to-market strategy as an early business hire.
