General Application
We're always looking for talent. Norba doesn't hire against a list of vacancies — we hire people. Whether you're a backend engineer (Go, distributed systems), a full-stack engineer (Next.js, React, TypeScript), an NDC integration specialist (IATA NDC, airline APIs, certification), a product designer, or a sales & partnerships profile — if you're excellent at what you do and the future of flight distribution excites you, we want to hear from you.
Remote · Worldwide · Full-time
What you'll do
- Backend engineering — Go services that fan out across airline NDC APIs concurrently: the aggregation engine, normalization pipeline, caching, rate limiting, and the reliability work that keeps a booking platform honest.
- Full-stack product engineering — the consumer booking funnel, agency dashboard, and developer portal in Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Tailwind, wired to the Go API and Stripe.
- NDC integration — onboarding new airline connections end-to-end: API exploration, schema mapping into our canonical model, certification with the airline, and production go-live.
- Product design — the visual and interaction design of every Norba surface, from seat maps and checkout to the design-token system engineers build against.
- Sales & partnerships — the commercial side: travel agencies, OTAs, TMCs and airline relationships, from first outreach through technical demos to closed deals.
What we're looking for
- Excellence in your craft, whatever it is — show us shipped work, closed deals, or systems in production.
- Ownership: you take a problem end-to-end and don't wait to be told the next step.
- Strong written communication — we're remote-first and async by default.
- Genuine interest in travel technology and airline distribution; you don't need to know NDC yet, but you need to want to.
- A short note telling us which profile is yours and why Norba.
Nice to have
- Prior exposure to the travel industry — airlines, GDS, OTAs, or IATA standards (NDC, ONE Order).
- Experience at an early-stage company, where roles are broad and the playbook is yours to write.
- A profile we didn't list above — if you think Norba needs it, make the case.
Interested? We'd love to hear from you.
Send your CV and a short note about why this role excites you to hello@norba.io. We read every application.
