Own the visual and interaction design of the Norba platform — from search results to confirmation emails. You collaborate daily with engineers and have a portfolio of shipped product.
What you'll do
- Own the end-to-end design of the Norba consumer and developer experience.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for new features.
- Maintain and evolve the Norba design system — tokens, components, documentation.
- Conduct user research and usability testing; translate insights into design decisions.
- Partner directly with frontend engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
What we're looking for
- 4+ years of product design experience at a software company, with shipped products.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex UI problems solved elegantly.
- Proficiency in Figma, including auto-layout and component variants.
- Comfort with front-end concepts — you can hand off designs that are actually implementable.
- Clear communication skills — you can articulate design rationale concisely.
Nice to have
- Experience designing for e-commerce, travel, or fintech.
- Familiarity with motion design and micro-interaction patterns.
